using a Hitachi widescreen

i am trying to use my TV as a monitor (supported) for a computer(athlon 700 Win2kpro and ati allinwonder 128 connected with an S-vid cable.

now the image is not that great i have set at 800x600 and it is still fussy and not clean. is there a setting i am missing or any suggestions

I know that this is not a lot of info not sure what is needed to be known..

nope thats just the way it is...mabey you can find a 3rd party program to set it to 640x480 or 320x240 but i know it is not possible with newer windows versions
