P4C 2.4 OCing Suggestions

Abit IS7
Pentium 4C 2.4GHz @ 3.144GHz (262x12, 1.55v)
Corsair TwinX 2x256MB PC3200 DDR400 @ 210FSB
stock CPU cooling
Achieve 500watt PSU
5:4 CPU/DRAM

Running Sandra Burn-In Wizard, I get these temps:
40 Motherboard
58 CPU
33 Aux

My voltages:
+3.3v @ 3.34
+5v @ 5.16
+12 @ 11.98

So what can I do to get just a bit more out of this processor?Anything above 265FSB Windows won't load but computer will boot up. Anything above 262 Windows will load but will restart after a few hours of Sandra Burn-In Wizard. I'm a bit afraid of raising the voltages any more because I don't know how much is too much and I still only have the stock cooling. I plan on getting a Swiftech HSF and a 92mm fan soon. Any quick suggestions, anyone?

you could probably achieve a bit more (even though that's a NICE increase) by boosting your Vcore to 1.65v and a better HSF. That CPU temp is a bit high for my tastes. I am assuming that is under load? If idle it's MUCH to high. My specs:

P4 2.53GHz @ 3.04GHz 2.65v (Vantec Aeroflow)
33 Motherboard
29 CPU
N/A Aux

It's for under load, using Sandra Burn-In Wizard. I agree that it's too high, which is why I'm saving up for a better HSF. I was just wondering if there was anything I could do at the moment before getting the new HSF.

I wouldn't push it until you get some better cooling. That's an impressive overclock for stock cooling anyway, esp. at 1.55v.
