msgsrv32 error in user.exe.msgsrv32 Grrrrrrrrrr!!!

OK, if this guy has one more problem with his computer, I'm gonna take it back from him & burn it to the ground!!!!!!!!!!!

256mb PC2100/2700 k-byte RAM
WD 80GB 7,200rpm 8mbcache HD
PNY Verto GEf2 MX200 32mb AGP
Best Data 56k modem
52X generic CDRW

This system runs BEAUTIFULLY except when something chokes. Installed new mobo formatted & completely re-installed WinME, new mobo drivers, video drives, modem drivers, done!! All working flawlessly when he left here. Now, it's only happened once, but he already rec'd this error.......

Msgsrv32 has caused an error in user.exe.msgsrv32 will now close.

It's working well enough now. No repeeats so far, so I'm keepin' my fingers crossed!! As for ME, it works well enough on a couple of my PC's. Perhaps this guy is just "ME" allergic? LOL!!!!
