Sirnibs is on a distinguished road
re-format hd
HD presently loaded with ntfs win 2000 professional - badly invected by virus - I want to reformat and reload with win 98 - have tried to do fdisk with win 98 startup disk no success - need guidance on how to proceed - any help appreciated !

How is your drive partitioned?

You should be able to choose "Delete Non-DOS partition". I think it's Option 3 then Option 4.
