Be sure to connect your phone properly. Please turn on your phone to receive calls." This happens in the middle of the backup procedure. I've already check the connections and there's no problem with it. I even tried restarting Windows everytime I plug the device to another USB port suspecting that the other ports may have problems. I've already scanned the user's manual hoping I could find the solution but there's nothing in it. What seems to be the problem?
