shuttle sn45g not posting

just got my shuttle sn45g amd 3200 and a 9700pro and the thing will not get into windows.
i cleard the cmos, held insert and it booted fine.
i loaded both optimized defaults and fail safe and it still wont get into windows.
i have to constantly clear the cmos and hold insert to get it to post, after that nothing.

blue screen of death, error messages, black screen, , reboots, shuts off, or what ???
