Jetway 867AS Motherboard

Hi all, I have got a problem and hope with your help it can be solved.
Is the Jetway 867AS motherboard capable of taking a XP Athlon 2000 CPU, as since installing this CPU my computer refuses to bot-up.
I am aware the manual states "up to a 1.533GHz processor" and the XP Athlon 2000 is a 1.667GHz. is there a fix for this or any bios updates that will allow the 867AS to support this processor.

Any help would be very much apreciated.

Send a message via ICQ to Agent_Embryo
Ït should boot anyway, and just recognize the CPU wrong...maybe the motherboard is touching the case and shorting out or something...
