hey look liek no one else wants to help you out ok i coudnt get my 2400 to 3200 only becuz of frontside bus. i couldnt chnage the multi on mine so i could just raise the fsb so right now i got like a 320fsb x 15 so i got it to 2.4ghz which is a hell of a nice OC for a 2400. if u can change ur multiplyer then change it to like 11.5 then start uppin the fsb till u find ur limit i think its 200fsb x11.5 for 3200 speeds correct me if im wrong. Also ur probbaly gonna have to raise the vcore a bit for it to be stable. Dont worry bout frying the chip from rasing ur vcore to mcuh i had mine on 1.8v for like 1 months and never had any probs but try to not go any higher then 1.7v. Also if you have cheap ram like me put ur ram/cpu ration to 1:1 or else you wont get a good OC because the ram will limit the fsb .before i put the ram/cpu ratio to 1:1 my ram wouldnt let me rasie my clock speeds past 2.145ghz. also i do have the same motherboard as you and it is awsome for OCing
GOOD LUCK

ohh any of you smarter members out feel free to correct me and give better info
