Internet Explorer Error

I get the error message "The restriction at OXOLEC 2008" when I exit Explorer.

Any help would be appreciated.!

Are you sure that's the full message ? Does it come like a window's popup ?

Have you run an anti-virus and Ad-aware scan ?

" when I exit Explorer.

Have you recently uninstalled some programs? Sounds like it is looking for a deleted file.
