Systems Virus files?

I'm using AVG Ver 7 but driving me crazy because of the lack of knowledge in AV software.

Every test I make gives me these results but I don't know how to remove them. Otherwise it hasn't cought anything else. Any help

Emptying the ie5 folders on my account doesn't seem to have helped and this forum is my last resort.

Thanks

Welcome to TechIMO!!

There should be a "heal" option in the program.

Not using AVG but I assume you would hightlight a file and click heal.

Bill

Edit: Maybe right click the file.

Another option you have is to delete your profile entirely.

Note this has wider ramifications as losing all customizations you've done specific to your profile.

Also check for anything that is starting on bootup (start --> run --> 'msconfig' ... check the startup tab)

Open the main program and go to options, configuration, repair and set it to delete the files you don't want.

You might want to run Trend Micro HouseCall free online virus scan.

Thanks, again appreciate it.

The reason I purchased it was because it is said that it is one of the best, PUK. But, no reason to yell or emphasize. I said I had lack of knowledge, not that I was stupid.
