POWER readings on MOBO

OK new guy here. Think I may have a problem. Just downloaded motherboard monitor to see what I'm lookin at.
I dont know how to slap those happy little links in with pics of what I'm looking at so I;m gonna type it. Power sourse is a cheapie 350 that came with case. Could be the issue. When I downloaded MBM it asked for my MOBO. Mine wasnt listed, Mine is PCCHIPS M811LU. I selected M810L that may be the issue. Anyways here are soem voltage readings

Case 23 C (didnt know I had a case temp monitor. COOL)
CPU consistant at 46 C
CORE 0 1.5v
CORE 1 2.54v (2.5v CPU lowest measured at 2.52v)
+3.3 3.36v
+5.00 4.20
+12.00 8.07 (WOA something wrong here?)
-12.00 -7.74 (average -6.73 over an hour)
-5.00 0 (something is amiss)
Fan RPM 6250 bounces between 6100 and 6350

My conclusion.. Either bad power source or I need to find a progy that recognizes my mobo. If power source is bad... are these numbers going to cause a mojor problem with everything underpowered? If anything the extra .04v on the CPU may give it a little boost. Temp seem sa little high but again I have a cheapy $5.00 CPU fan and heatsink. I did not put my own shim on. I have a copper one. Also I did not put my own Thermal compound on. It came with a thin gooey white layer on the heatsink already.

Suggestions? Links? I love links. I am a big reader just dont know what to look for. Thanks all

I believe the 'case' sensor is actually northbridge sensor.

If the readings were correct, your computer would've already blown up.
The issue is probably different mobo models, different kinds of sensors.

Have you tried the system health page in the BIOS setup? Should have a page similar to that in the setup menu, before windows loads.

Also, if you have the driver CD that came with the mobo, It may have a utility that monitors your voltages in Windows.

Ok installed the VIA hardware manager that reports all the info... ERROR and its using EBONICs
check it out
VIA Hardware Monitor Error!
VIA Hardware Monitor doesn't be initialized by your BIOS !!

Well then.. Checked BIOS no obvious settings to enable the hardware manager. Time to check the Manufacturers site

It might well be that the board doesn't use the VIA chipset's monitoring, but something else, e.g. the monitor inside the ITE superIO chip.

holy moly. I took off the side cover of the case as it was reporting temps upwards of 55C and inching over it. Its now 17C-20C. Is that a bit cold? Anyways I obviously need some case fans. Looks like a 120mm. Any suggestions?

I am using ITE's mobo monitor. Shows the above temps and the voltage is bouncy. I havent had any stability issues other than old buggy software so I'm gonna go with it until some problem shows itself. I know everything is connected right otherwise I would have some serious troubles.
