Kids ftp server

I have an ftp server set up and a home director on the server. Is there a way I can give people access to network drives as well? Shortcuts dont' appear when I log in the server.

I do not think it is possible. I think you can only give access to local folders with the FTP server.

what program are you using?

if you are using Bulletproof, it has the ability to map network drives from other computers to show up in the home directory. They are called virtual directories.

you create a text file and in the inside it looks like this

Name of the Folder you want to show up in the home directory | \\computer name\the shared folder or drive here

i.e

Music | \\GroundZero3\Music

Look in the help file, as it is very easy to read and set up

(this is of course if you are using BP)
