Abit IC7G Northbridge cooler

I have a Abit IC7G motherboard and the fan on the northbridge has had the goat.

I am looking to buy a decent replacement for it and am wondering if anyone has any suggestions on what I should replace it with.

I have the IC7G max 2 and the same thing happend to me just 4 days ago. Got a hold of Abit and they sent me a new fan which looks better and is more metal than plastic. A pain in the @$$ to install and from other forums, it's no better than the old.

I might be looking to go with an other vendor myself because of this link and how the thing sounds does'nt help :
