neslo is on a distinguished road

I bought a BB from a fly-by-nite outfit called EZBPC. less than 90 days later the system wouldn't boot. OK, check EVERYTHING. P/S tested good /w/ powermax tester, all green lights,HD, CD,floppy, all run. Fans run, EXCEPT for CPU fan. Hmmm...,shut EVERYTHING down. Pull AMD 2200, & ram, put in other machine, boot, run no prob. Must be mob. OK, ASRock K7VM2. I call EZBPC. Big suprise! phone disconnected.......hmmm, well web site gone, e-mail...., returned. Outta bzz.F*@K. OK, ASRock. no, we don't accept RMA's from ANYONE but the "reseller". Sh*t outta luck. Call, argue, ask for the prez. Tough. They won't budge. Keep looking, guess what?
ASUS owns ASRock, but they hot potato me. I even sic the old lady on them. Still got no satisfaction. Any creative ideas? Mfg. won't support their product. BTW, alleged "warranty" says 1 yr.

I can understand your frustration, but there is no need to create multiple threads.
