Suse theme manager
Is there a theme manager for suse 9.0? i asked a friend and he said he could find a way to change it either

GZ3, I'm pretty sure that SuSE let's KDE Control Center> Look and Feel> Icons take care of that.

Yep as lynchmob said, KDE takes care of this on Control Center -> Appearance & Themes, thats if you are using KDE . Other window managers have their own method for setting up themes/styles.
