Kids Outlook 2003 and Netscape Webmail

I've recently begun using Outlook 2003 and would like to know if I can access my Netscape Webmail thru outlook. I've tried to find the server info to set it up but have been unsuccessful. I believe it might be IMAP...but I'm unsure. The information on the incoming/outgoing servers doesn't appear anywhere in the netscape information that I've seen and netscape charges for all support. Shouldn't this be accessible somewhere??? Help!!!

Sorry to say that you cannot access your Netscape Webmail through outlook. Netscape uses a non-standard IMAP protocol that can only be understood by the Netscape mail component. In other words, you'll have to download Netscape 7.1 to access the mail, OR just use the webmail interface.

Kids Next Question

I posted a message on a microsoft newsgroup with my "true" email address. Needless to say, I've received countless messages from my ISP notifying me that I've received yet ANOTHER virus threat and they have eliminated it before it got to me. I've received info that google may offer a way to delete my original post...and I've messaged them for support on the issue, however I haven't gotten a response from them. My problem is, I'm unable to gain the "exact" URL of the POST on the message board to eliminate that risk. I can get to the PAGE the post is on...but not the POST. Any advice? OTHER than don't use my true email address EVER EVER EVER again! <ha> Lesson learned! I'm just feeling fortunate that I have an ISP that catches those before they get to me and I have Norton Internet Security to back that up!
