I posted a message on a microsoft newsgroup with my "true" email address. Needless to say, I've received countless messages from my ISP notifying me that I've received yet ANOTHER virus threat and they have eliminated it before it got to me. I've received info that google may offer a way to delete my original post...and I've messaged them for support on the issue, however I haven't gotten a response from them. My problem is, I'm unable to gain the "exact" URL of the POST on the message board to eliminate that risk. I can get to the PAGE the post is on...but not the POST. Any advice? OTHER than don't use my true email address EVER EVER EVER again! <ha> Lesson learned! I'm just feeling fortunate that I have an ISP that catches those before they get to me and I have Norton Internet Security to back that up!
