Slow Boot Problem

When I boot it takes about 20 minutes to get the "ctrl+alt+del" screen. It is part of a domain. When I disconnect the Cat5 it boot without a problem. I have tried connecting to the network with the same computer from a different location on the network and it does the same thing.

What could be the problem?
What should I look at?
