Electro Cooling Vs WaterCooling for a Athlon XP

WHich would you recommend.. i havent heard much about electro cooling.. but i also dont like the Idea of stickin a bunch of water in my computer... i have it,.. and ive done it before.. but ive heard electro is just as good. not much about it

Also ,.. how much could i make a Athlon xp 2700+ go... how fast would somebody take it.. i also have another setting on my Mobo.. which allows 200 mhz fsb instead of the 166 soo i would have the 400 Mhz isn stead of the 333mhz,.. would my cpu go with that with the right cooling??

If you're refferring to peltier's, I personally don't like them... If the whole idea is to get good cooling AND a quiet system, pelts aren't the way to go. You need a fairly powerfull HSF to dissappate the heat generated by the HOT side of the pelt. Plets give you much better cooling than standard air cooling, but with the same, if not more noise.

Water cooling is nice becuase it gives you the best of both worlds... Good cooling, and its quiet. However there are some bad setups out there than end up being not much better than air cooling. So you need to do your research before jumping into it.
