Relay mail to non-standard port?

Anyone know of a free service that will relay mail deliveries to a non-standard port, say port 26? My ISP blocks port 25 and I'm interested in running a personal mail server, in addition to my web/ftp server.

It would be preferrable if the service also provides dynamic forwarding akin to those offered by dyndns.org. They offer the service that I want, but it unfortunately costs money, and I can't afford it.

Thanks for the help.
