I cannot set up a dial up connection

I go to network connection and select manual internt config and then it will not let me select dial up only lan. There is also a error message 711. Please help i was able to do a week ago then all of a sudden it disapeared

Go to control panel and click on network. See that you have logon, tcp/ip, and dial-up adapter installed.

Error 711

1. Check the event log to see if that actually tells you what the problem is.

2. Reboot.

3. Uninstall and reinstall RAS.
