Urgent!!!!

I installed XP Profess. I have DSL internet connection. So I went to create a connection but Click Connect to the Internet,Next Set up my connection manually, NextBut only the last option is avlible for me to choose the other two are dim out. So I went to Internet Option and try to create a dail-up but it gave me a Error 711. It said Remote Access Connection Manager could not be Access. So I open Local Services and try to start Remote Access Connection Manager but it give me a error 5. I try starting ICF but got a 1068 error. What up?
