how do you overclock a Radeon 9800Pro?

As the title says.

I saw this feature called "overdrive" on this page for the catalyst 4.2 drivers but I dont have this and am using these drivers http://www.vr-zone.com/?i=478&s=1
Is this what I use for overclocking the card? And how do I enable this feature?

Sorry I'm a ATI noob

Overdrive is only availible to the 9600XT and 9800XT
no, it is not an overclocking tool, and you cannot enable it
you must use a 3rd party program for overclocking

I'd caution against overclocking a 9800Pro unless you've got some aftermarket cooling... The stock cooling is bearly adequate for stock setups and the card runs hot as it is. It would be a shame to fry such a nice card for a neglagable performance gain.

good point RamonGTP, I prolly wont overclock it but I was after some ways of seeing what the actual core and memory speed of this card is. My Supplier says the Gexcube cards come stock at 400/700 I just want to find out that this is true.

possibly the best tool is ATiTool, it overclocks automatically until it can detect artifacts, then it stops, good to get ur card to the limits
