Best Value OCing Mobo

Can anyone suggest a mobo with decent OCing options without it costing too much? I would like the following:

> Socket A, supports 133 (266) FSB
> allows multiplier and FSB adjustments by small increments, not big jumps like 100/133/166/200.
> voltage adjustments

Optional: onboard LAN, onboard video, AGP/PCI frequency lock.

The cheapest one I've found so far that meets those are needs is the Abit KD7A for $60.

Nope, I wouldn't go with that one at all. Spend $5 more bucks and get the one with the KT600 chipset which will work better with a 400Mhz FSB. Check it out at:

But yeah, if overclocking was my primary goal Abit would be a sound choice. For the record, my Asus A7N8X Deluxe has more features and is a bit faster than what Abit has to offer, BUT their overclocking options are far better. MaximumPC magazine used an Abit mobo with an Intel 875P chipset for their last Dream Machine for a reason - overclockin' goodness.

Edit - looks like Starfury posted faster. If you have some extra cash, get his recommendation. I didn't mention it before as it seemed like you are on a budget.

I don't really need the 400FSB support because I'm mainly looking to OC T-Breds. It's not gonna be for everyday use. I wanna add another cow to my FaD herd but still be able to experiment with OCing, so I wanna keep the cost down as much as possible.

The Albatron and the Shuttle seem to have the most of what I'm looking for, plus it has the 400FSB support just in case I decide to upgrade later. I'll take a loot at those two.
