Reconfiguring XP

So with the switch of computers in my house, I forgot how much I hate the XP defaults. Here's what I want to do!

1) Change the start menu pop up to Classic Style. I already changed the desktop to that, but can't remember how to change the Start menu.

2) Stop the windows from becoming an all in one scroll-through-the-vertical-list-of-sites when I open more than 3 IE windows. I want them to all be in the lower taskbar with the website descriptions so I can switch quickly (Tile windows horizontally did nothing, that's for on screen, not taskbar).

3) I had a desktop folder called "Unused Desktop Icons/Shortcuts" that stored things I use rarely. I don't have that now.

Any other fixes in default XP that I might not know about (but like!), let me know. Thanks!

1) Right click on task bar and choose properties. Click start menu and choose classic style.

2) Right click on task bar and choose properties. Uncheck group similar taskbar buttons.

3) Right click on desktop and choose properties. Click desktop then customize desktop. Put a check in run desktop cleanup wizard every 60 days.
