Kids Counter-Strike, what's your average FPS?

Hey, I was wondering how sorry my computer was, so let me ask:
what do you guys get for average fps in Counter-Strike? Running in OpenGL mode at 800x600, i get an average of ~28 fps. Hrmmm...

I use VSync, so that means I get a solid 60fps, no changes EVER, at 1280x1024 with 4x AA and 4x Anisotropic Filtering on.

My sys:
AthieXP 3200+
Asus nForce2
Overclocked Ti 4200
512MB RAM

VSync is where your refresh rate is the maximum framerate your games can go to. If it's off, you will notice fugly "tearing" in the environment when you move around. Leave it on unless you are benchmarking.

60 FPS is not slow at all, especially for CS, just because it is an outdated engine doesn't mean that the code isn't improved (or unimproved!) on. WinXP locks your frame rate at 60, you cannot tell the difference at 60 and even if you COULD go past 60 the values would fluctuate constantly so it would seem as if the game would be going slow then fast, if you get my meaning.

*Edit I get 60 FPS Locked @ 1024x768 w/ Geforce 4 Ti4200.

I use to get 60-99FPS (I set max at 99) @ 800x600 on OpenGL with my TNT2 and PIII.
