new MOBO memory question

I am building a new P4 system. I just got a Gigabyte GA-8IXP motherboard that supports up to 4 gig multichannel RAM

I was planning on buying 2 512 PC3200 chips to put in this.

Question One: what brand should I buy out of these listings:

Geil Value Series 184 Pin 512MB DDR PC-3200
Corsair Value Select 184 Pin 512MB DDR PC-3200 - OEM
Crucial 184 Pin 512MB DDR PC-3200 8T - OEM
Mushkin 184 Pin 512MB DDR PC-3200 - Retail
OCZ Premier Series 184 Pin 512MB DDR PC-3200
Kingmax 184 Pin 512MB DDR PC-3200 - OEM
Transcend 184 Pin 512MB DDR PC-3200 - Retail

Are there any benifits/disadvantages of any of these sticks?
Are there NOTICABLE advantages to adding headsinks or heatspreaders to RAM chips?

One more question:

I have 2 sticks of 256MB PC2100 chips from my old Dell Dimension 4400 system.

Could I add this to my system as well? or will the difference between 3200 and 2100 even out? Should I just ditch the 2100 and try to sell it on ebay?

Thanks for the help!
