Does anyone know if Microsoft is going to release WinXP Media Center Edition to the public any time soon? Im thinking about building an HEPC for my new TV but i would really like to have XP Media Center Edition on it....
No, they won't. They only want XP MCE on MCE PC's that you buy. The only other way to get it is to look to buy an OEM copy online or through MSDN subscription.
