I have no idea what game that is, but is it the only one you are having problems with? Some of the latest games can really tax a ti4200 if the ingame settings are too high

EDIT: what drivers are you using? Make sure you have the latest for your motherboard. For the vid card, the 4x. series should work better than the 5x. for your card.

im using 45.23 drivers now...it happens in all games, i can't even get a stable 60 fps in half-life games..and where can i get the latest drivers for my motherboard(ecs)?

ThePianoMan- diablo II is the game -yes. Heh. Anyhow it has a fps lock so the games can sync over network proper for multi play. Low end systems fair better with high end that way no one is lagging badly. You are STUCk not being able to go higher fps in that game baically. Its in the game. Notice NO frames skipped! If it listed frames there it means your pc was lagging. Which as you can see it isnt. Its pushing the game engine to the max its allowing.
