Sygate/wireless notebook problem

I purchased a linksys wireless router with one notebook card. It works great but sygate locks it down. When I disable sygate it works great. This is my company laptop and I must have sygate in order to get into the company network with my nortel VPN.
So, removing sygate is out of the question.
I see no changable settings with sygate and I'm hoping someone can help me out.

How does it "lock it down"? Are you using SPF Pro?

Well, Bare with me here as I'm not as knowledgeable as I wish with networking. My laptop has sygate Security Agent 3.5 build 2525. In order to get my wireless card to work I simply right click my sygate icon down in the system tray and disable it. BUT, it auto enables itself about 5 to 10 minutes later and sygate blocks all traffic.
This card must be able to work with sygate, thats not an option. I had a wired linksys router that worked fine before this one.
I understand why this wireless card will not work.
Hope I clarified it enough, I don't know what SPF Pro is

Edit, Just figured out what SPF pro was.. Mine says nothing more than sygate security agent ver 3.5 build 2525
