Most "branded" PC's aren't OC-friendly. If there are no options in the BIOS to adjust the FSB or anything like that, then just give up. They don't want you to OC, they want you to spend $$$ and upgrade.

Flashing your BIOS is not going to help.

Yea im ordering a mobo off newegg tomorow. It stinks though cause i wont be able to use it untill i get ram and cpu. The ram im running now is pc133. I need pc3200 for the new board. Im just going to have to wait untill i get another 150 or 180$ for ram or cpu. =/ I should be able to oc with a 2.8c Ghz cpu and abit mobo. i donno about abit, im looking for cheapest/most reliable for price.

If you're looking to overclock anyway, try and get a 2.4c. They are a bit cheaper than the 2.8 and you should hit that speed pretty easily.
