I have an old IBM computer (166 Mhz, 32 mb RAM, Windows 98 SE), that i started using again. when i was using it before, I was able to get 256 colors, however, now it only shows up as 12 colors. the only option it gives me is either 12 or 2......does anyone have any suggestions on what caused this and is there any way to fix it?

sounds like you need to reinstall your video driver...pehaps even remove your video card in device manager and let windows re detect then re install the driver
