problem with emprex 4x dvd burner

I just installed a emprex dvd burner in my system with windows xp. I downloaded dvd shrink and tried to burn a dvd. I can download the movie to my hard drive but I cannot get it to burn. The emprex came with cdcreator 6. I can burn music on the emprex. How can I get it to burn the movie back to the burner? I tried my nero 5.5 but I couldn't get it to work at all with the emprex? Anyone have any ideas that will help? Thanks Dave.
