Black screen ,.. HElp Please

i need help. Im putting together a Amd athlon XP 2700+ and a MSI Delta K7N2 MoBo, 2x 256Mb DDr Chips, Geforce 3 Ti 500, SB Live 5.1. i first put it together, and it worked fine. Then i restarted again to load windows on it, and the processor showd up as Athlon XP 1500+ ,.. So i restarted again, and then i changed the boot sequence, and i think the FSB, and now all i get is black screen, no bios, no boot sequence. Nothing. How can i fix this????? please help!

have you tried resetting the cmos?

Unplug the power supply
Find the CMOS jummper (in your manual)
Take of the jumper for 5 seconds, then put it back on
Boot
EDITED to make more sense..

You can't just remove the jumper. Their are 3 pins associated with this jumper. It sits on two of the pins at a time creating a short. You need to move the jumper to short pins 2 and 3 for 30sec, then move it back to pins 1 and 2. The jumper is labeled "JBAT1" and is located near the battery.
Also...
MSI Reminds you...
If your computer hangs while overclocking please reset J10 to safe mode and reboot. After rebooting, enter BIOS setup menu to reload the BIOS setup defaults and reset J10 to user mode.
All this info should be in your MOBO manual.
