Discount not reflected in the Price
I have not been able to get the $25 price. When I go through the steps online I come up with $64.96 + tax. The local stores know nothing of this deal.
Is it real?

Temporarily out of stock for delivery
| It looks like the item has already sold out at Sears.com. Quote: |

Many merchants end the online deal when the item sells out.

One of the options is store pickup. Using the link off the deal and the product page at SEARS.COM I found a store that had them AVAILABLE and could not work the SEARS.COM website to get it to give me the price. Yes, they were not available for delivery, but I need to use today so I was going to drive 17 miles each way to pick it up.

Similar to bmcswain, I found the meter available at only one store a bit out of my normal way, but Sears.com does not show any discounted price on this item ($64.99 + sales tax), which has not happened on my previous purchases.

It turned out to be a single-day online store special promotion. Not too surprising given the hugely discounted price.

Finishing the Deal
Wednesday, I decided that the discount possibly would come only when the sale was completed. So I bought one. Price was still $64.99. I guessed it really was for only 1 day.
I called the SEARS.COM phone number to find out how I could cancel the order. The rep from Sears (living in India) could not figure it out. She routed me back to "the home office." The very pleasant lady quickly said to take the published offer to the local store where I was to pick it up and ask them to do a "price protection" on the item. (Local personnel had a little problem figuring out what was to be done, but finally did.)
I did. They did. Now I have it for $24.99.
