This was my letter to newegg:
I am writing this in order to thank you for your time and devotion to customer satisfaction.
I received my vista upgrade today and was extremely happy !
I have been a new egg customer for about 3 years now , and this was the first time I ran into any problems and it wasn't even your fault .
I commend your efforts to resolving this issue and coming through loud and clear that as a customer I really matter to you.
I have been your customer, I am your customer and will continue to be.
