IE vs. Mozilla

I have both browsers, I notice that if I open mozilla and I'm lagging I can switch to IE and be fine, and vice versa, anyone know why?

I have both and personally I like IE better. Yah sometimes Mozilla will run slow or a page won't load right but it is faster or loads right on IE

Mozilla 1.7rc1 out today, i've noticed if i leave mozilla running for a long time it'll lag a bit, but then i close all the windows and open it again and it's fine.
