What happens to PM's if your Inbox is full??

I was just sent a PM by someboay and I got a messege that my inbox was full.

I deleted a few old ones and I still haven't got the messege. Are you telling me that because my box is full that I WILL NOT recieve any PM's???

That they are basically deleted????

If that is the case.... I am shocked.. because there was a very important PM that never arrived due to this...

Make sure that your sent mail, old PM list, and PM tracking folders are all empty. Hopefully whoever sent you a PM still has it in their tracking folder and will be able to send you another PM or just simply tell you what was in it.
I have lost several Private messages because my box was full, and I never received them!

That's really not a smart idea....there wasn't even any warning about the box getting near to full....

Anandtech has a thing where you cannot SEND PM's over your limit, but can still recieve them.....

I think we should do something like that...becuase I may NEVER get this PM back and I am worried...

Yes, that would seem like a good idea wouldn't it. The last thing on my mind is to empty out my private message box.
Although now I seem to do it after I send/receiver 2 or 3 private messages!!
