The ignore list trick doesn't work

Do you have any idea how much work he has put into this database and how many hacks he has done to make the database work as it is?????

You are asking an awful lot and scott would need to be persuaded much more than you alone can do.

Well skin deep, i can only see a few hacks applied. I have never and will never see into his admin/database hacks.

But i don't see why the database would get corrupt if he didn't apply hacks, there just needs to be optimization done, because i have seen plenty of bigger boards with more posts, users and active users without having to hack/tweak the database

Oh Brother INeb, You don't have any clue. If you seen bigger boards with more post, users ect. by all means go there and quit your whining.

Scott has done alot of work on these boards and us the users on these boards will not see it deeper than what we can visually see. He has been doing plenty of optimization over the last couple of months. Obvisosly you havne't kept up with the right threads.

Bro, it'd be best to just to leave it and peace out.

We normal folks don't know squat about PHP hacks, mySQL, and so forth.

Although the ignore user deal is a reality and a problem, I believe Scott is already aware of it and fixing it. Some people do have lives other than TIMO

And anyway... you're not helping yourself out any by ticking everyone off.
