It says it is 2:49 (on the board), when it's actually 11:49 here when i have my settings set up to my timezone

my time has always been off, I just ignore it
edit: no hang on it correct, oops
my problems with this board are just with new posts not showing up and having to hit CTRL F5 all the time (and sometimes that doesnt work).

I would think its another side effect of the new caching system being used. The time fluctuates wildly for me, rather annoying.
Could be wrong though.
