New Board?

Dear Scott,

Just a thought--what if TechIMO had a board called , oh, maybe Computers and Social Issues; where people could post opinions and facts and whatever regarding the role of the 'puter in society?

I see there is no real forum for issues like computer privacy, issues w/the Constitution, legal stuff, etc.

Sure, you can post that stuff in the Community Forum, but it might be better to have those issues archived in its own spot. You know, just in case somebody needs to do a term paper...LOL!

After awhile it just gets too specialized and very few threads unless your community specializes in something like that.

Doesn't sound like that bad of an idea, but I agree with Vass that it would be too selective, and wouldn't be broad enough.
