Adding a reseller

Greetings,
I just submitted a request to add a reseller that treated me very well and I would like to post positive feedback for him.

I received a confirmation telling me that my request will be evaluated.

I understand and agree with the need to evaluate each request. However, as a frequent user of this web site (excellent! by the way), I would be interested to know the following:

1. How long does such an evaluation take?
2. Do I get notified of the result in any way?
3. What are the criteria for accepting/rejecting such a request?

The latter (#3) is not terribly important, but could help me avoid submissions that will be rejected (not that mine have ever been rejected )

it took mine nearly a month, and i did get an email letting me know that it was approved. as for #3, i do not know

Don't feel bad. I have submitted the same name 3 times now and it still isn't on the resellerratings list.

It depends on the number of new sellers that have been submitted for review.

2. Do I get notified of the result in any way?

Yes. You will get an email letting you know that the seller has been approved.


3. What are the criteria for accepting/rejecting such a request?

The website must resell a product of some kind and the website URL / Company name must be related to the company that was submitted. Companies that submit a website that is not active, such as a site that says “coming soon”, will not be added.

They have DVD cases (which I posted in the Online deals forum) and other things that could be used for computer enthusists. Especially those that are into water cooling.
