It is not down, it is that the default TechIMO forum profile does not allow access to the PhotoPost site's forum as they serve very different purposes, even though they share a common All Enthusiast forum backend database.
As you have also likely noticed, we have a different forum moderation and support staff for the PhotoPost division, thus another reason for the PP/RP forum seperation from TIMO.
