I guess this is more a question than suggestion. Why can you only post and update once for a reseller. If you update it, it doesn't move to the top of the list, but stays where it is. If I have a good experience multiple times with a reseller, I would like to say so multiple times. I understand the problem with fake reviews, but would like something "different" than is offered now.

You know, that's really a good point, because the way it is now a one-time customer who happened to have a bad experience has just as much influence on the rating as a repeat customer who's done 100 orders and never had a bad experience. Shouldn't each order count the same, rather than each customer?

Now that is a good point too.
