The idea was to help people with problems online, by troubleshooting them in realtime. But I guess the purpose of it never came out as it was intended. The forums do their job very well and for most cases the other part is either not home to get their trouble having PC working, or they have to go offline to solve the problem.

it never did work for me whenever i wanted to use it, just to see if any of us were in there. i think that it would be a good time consumer, almost like a community forum in real time.
