I have been thinking (haven't quite recovered yet ) that we could do with some basic tutorials on the site showing how to do simnple things like build a computer or upgrade a hard disk or graphics card, as we seem to get a lot of questions about simple things and it would be nice to be able to link to somewhere on TechIMO rather than having to send them off to another hardware/computer site for a tutorial.
I know this has probally ben suggested before, but it might work.

What sort of format would they be needed in? Presumably they would need to be formatted to match the rest of the site so submission as html would be little use.
If they were done in plain text with any diagrams or pictures included would that do?
