one thing i tend to notice is that a lot of times a more experienced old timer will post on forums with a question, and one or more of the replies from the newer less experienced posters is "what is so and so?" so i had a good idea. why don't we have a glossary and/or a computers 101 like section for computer newbies... you know, define some terms, explain some basic concepts, things like that? i think this might be info that's handy for those just getting into computers and who would like to learn more. plus it would be written by some of the most experienced (imho) computer types on the internet
