Thread Title Changes

Would it be possible to edit thread titles? I know in some forums it is allowed. It would be nice if the titles could be changed at least in the "For Sale" & "Doc's Deals". That way if someone sells or the deal is over the title could be changed to reflect what's inside the thread...

What I did was PM a mod and asked em to change the thread title on my FS thread.

Maybe in the Traders forums, but I would be opposed to it in any of the other forums, at least after the thread had been replied to.

Right now, I do not see and option in vBulletin to allow member thread title edits on an individual forum basis. I'll discuss it with the other mods and if it goes over well, we'll shoot it up to Scott for consideration.

i think it would confuse the user of this forum so you change the title of a thread and he thinks "aha a new thread!" but it was the same!

yeah.. it's a interesting idea.. and would work ok in the trade forum.. but other forums. it would cause allot of confusion.. as well as other not so nice things..

would be nice to be able to correct spelling errors...looks silly to see misspelled titles but we all have done them once or twice.
