Avatars needed in the user profile section

I thought it might be nice if we had some available avatars on the options page of the user cp.
I'm sure there are plenty of available avatars that the ministry has left over. You could even have a contest see which avatars would make the cut, so to speak.

atleast one under construction avatar would be nice to help the ministers keep track of who wants/needs there help.

Yep, it'd be nice for members to have something to choose from when they get their first 50 posts in. I'd even volunteer to help come up with some avatars.
