combine the game forums
This is just a suggestion, but the game forums don't have many posts. Take for instance "Simulation". That had no posts for the past 30 days+ till I posted something their. Perhaps combining them would be a cool idea. Also it would take less time to scroll down to your PM's, and to the software dev section which might help people use the dev section or take more notice of it, and save my poor scrool wheel finger on the PM note.

I've offen thought the same Bob I may help get more replies as a total if combined. And less travel to the bottom @ the same time.

I will admit supporting the expanded Gaming section at the start. True though, the other sections besides General do not get that much use :-/
Another point of view: once TechIMO gets bigger, will people cry to have it back?

I thought of that too, but IMO it would be better to help the people in these game forums who are posting in the right sections but not getting any feedback. Seriously I post anything game realated in the general section any way just cause it doesn't get very many posts any way, and cause it probably won't get read if it falls off the "latest threads" box.
Any way just a suggestion.

I've been thinking about this more, and perhaps not combining them all into one section is the answer. Perhaps if we have 2 sections. One for game news and general discussion, and one for general help. The news and general gaming discussion would be where you popped in info on upcoming games or just chated about your favorite games, or cool downloads. while the help section would be where you went if for some reason half life was quiting on you, or you needed help getting through a level. Any way, just wanted to try to improve my idea, though it is just that. An idea. So even if it doesn't happen, thanks for listening, and your comments
