Not a reseller, yet accessed and used by a whole bunch of us. I have been a Paypal user for 8 years or so. Auctions, my own website fees, miscellaneous purchases. During all this time I promoted Paypal, positively reviewed Paypal, and maintained a "no questions asked 100% satisfaction guaranteed" policy with all purchasers. Not a problem in all that time. Recently I was involved in an accident which took my leg, and caused severe brain damage. I was out of commission for a time and when I returned I was desperately needing finances to pay my well over a million dollar medical bills. Back to selling, back to Paypal. everything went well for a couple of weeks, then Paypal began holding MY and MY CUSTOMERS money, for no apparent reason. I contacted them and they were very condescending and refused to release funds in spite of my perfect record. This reached a point at which I was unable to pay shipping fees, which were included in the sales, because Paypal was holding the money. Thus I had to refunds to customers, which caused Paypal no problem. They refused to conduct the actual transactions but had no problem, apparently, in returning the funds. This has essentially put me out of business. Thanks Paypal!
